Papertrey Ink In Stitches: Plush Turtle Die
Hello,
I'm back today sharing a fun project using the Plush Turtle Die from Papertrey Ink.
I used Aqua Mist and Ocean Tides Felt to cut and stitch the turtle's body. The die set comes with the pattern for the top of the turtle's shell, making it so quick and easy to add detail to your project! For a fun whimsical look, I added a cluster of stitched flowers using the Stitched Floral Clusters Die. I chose bright colors to give a summer vibe (Hibiscus Burst, Summer Sunrise, and Simply Chartreuse). For the centers of the flowers, I added some cute yellow buttons, giving the project dimension and interest (Lemon Tart).
I just love how this project turned out. This would make a sweet little ornament to hang on the side of a gift bag or a fun addition to a tiered trey. So cute!
